Where a Liberation Vacations group cruise is operated by Virgin Voyages, Liberation Vacations acts as a First Mate/travel agent and group coordinator.

Liberation Vacations may advertise the sailing, provide information about the group, assist with enquiries and provide a First Mate booking link.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, your cruise booking is made with Virgin Voyages and is subject to Virgin Voyages' applicable booking terms, conditions of carriage, fare conditions, cancellation policies and other policies.

Payments for Virgin Voyages cruise bookings made through our First Mate booking route are made to Virgin Voyages rather than Liberation Vacations.

Using a Liberation Vacations booking link enables your booking to be associated with us as your First Mate and, where applicable, with the relevant Liberation Vacations group.

3. Other Holidays and Packages

Liberation Vacations may in the future organise or sell other holidays, events, accommodation or packages.

Different booking terms may apply where Liberation Vacations acts as the organiser or takes payment directly.

Any additional or alternative terms will be provided before you make the relevant booking.

4. Prices and Availability

Prices, cabin availability, promotions and travel offers displayed on our website may change without notice.

Prices displayed for third-party travel services are subject to confirmation by the relevant travel supplier at the time of booking.

A price displayed on the Liberation Vacations website does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed booking.
