Liberation Vacations
Liberation Vacations creates travel experiences where open-minded, lifestyle and ENM adults can holiday alongside like-minded people in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Our group holidays are intended to provide opportunities to meet people, make friends, socialise and enjoy travelling together.
The following principles apply to everyone participating in a Liberation Vacations lifestyle group.
Adults Only
Participation in Liberation Vacations lifestyle groups is strictly limited to adults aged 18 or over.
Individual travel suppliers may impose higher minimum ages or additional requirements.
Lifestyle Friendly – Not a Sex Event
Unless a particular event is expressly advertised otherwise, a Liberation Vacations group holiday is not a private sex event or adult entertainment service.
For example, our Virgin Voyages group cruises take place aboard a mainstream adults-only cruise ship alongside other passengers who are not part of the Liberation Vacations group.
Normal rules of behaviour imposed by the cruise line, hotel, resort or other venue continue to apply.
Consent Is Mandatory
Participation in a Liberation Vacations trip never implies consent.
Being a swinger, being ENM, attending a lifestyle holiday, flirting, dancing, dressing provocatively, entering somebody's cabin or room, or previously engaging with somebody does not constitute ongoing consent.
Consent must be freely given by everyone involved.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
If somebody says no, changes their mind or appears uncomfortable, that boundary must be respected immediately.
No Pressure
Liberation Vacations operates a no-pressure philosophy.
Nobody is required to participate in any lifestyle activity.
Some travellers may simply enjoy meeting like-minded people, socialising, dining, drinking, dancing and travelling together.
Others may choose to explore connections privately.
Both are equally welcome.
Couples and Individuals
Every person has their own boundaries.
Do not assume that because one member of a couple is interested, their partner has agreed.
Likewise, relationship dynamics and agreements differ between couples and individuals.
It is the responsibility of everyone involved to communicate and respect those boundaries.
Privacy and Discretion
Lifestyle participation can be extremely private.
Guests must respect the privacy of other members.
Do not publicly identify another person as a swinger, lifestyle participant or member of a Liberation Vacations group without their permission.
Do not share another guest's personal information, conversations or private activities without consent.
Photography and Social Media
Do not photograph, film or publish identifiable images of other Liberation Vacations members without their permission.
Particular care should be taken when posting group photographs or content that could reveal somebody's participation in the lifestyle.
Permission to take a photograph does not automatically constitute permission to publish it online.
Sexual Health
Adults participating in sexual activity are responsible for making their own informed decisions regarding sexual health.
Liberation Vacations does not guarantee or verify the sexual health status of other travellers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Guests should communicate openly with prospective partners and take whatever safer-sex precautions they consider appropriate.
Alcohol and Consent
Alcohol or other intoxicating substances can affect a person's ability to make informed decisions.
Never pressure someone into sexual or intimate activity when their ability to consent is impaired.
Respectful Behaviour
We expect members to treat other travellers, Virgin Voyages crew, hotel employees, venue staff and members of the public respectfully.
Harassment, threatening behaviour, persistent unwanted advances or deliberate boundary violations are not acceptable.
Rejection Must Be Respected
Attraction is personal.
Nobody owes another traveller attention, affection or sexual interaction.
A polite rejection must be accepted without hostility, pressure, persistent messaging or retaliation.
Private Activity
Any private consensual activity between adults is the responsibility of those adults.
Liberation Vacations does not arrange sexual partners or guarantee sexual activity as part of the holiday.
Supplier Rules Still Apply
Customers must follow the rules of the cruise line, hotel, resort or other travel provider at all times.
Participation in the Liberation Vacations group does not provide exemptions from those rules.
Removal From the Group
Liberation Vacations reserves the right to remove someone from Liberation Vacations-managed group chats, social activities or communities where we reasonably believe their behaviour poses a risk to other members or seriously breaches this Code of Conduct.
Removal from the Liberation Vacations group does not necessarily cancel or refund an independently supplied holiday or cruise booking.
Where the underlying travel booking is supplied by another company, cancellation and refund rights remain subject to that supplier's terms.
Our Philosophy
Liberation Vacations is about exactly what the name suggests: the freedom to travel, socialise, connect and explore without pressure.
Some people will come for the lifestyle.
Some will come for the friendships.
Most will come for a bit of both.
The important part is that everyone gets to enjoy their holiday on their own terms.
Freedom without pressure. Exploration without expectation. Consent and respect, always.
